All permit applications are submitted electronically through the Town's Citizen Portal (Accela Citizen Access), which takes Building, Demolition, Electrical, Fence/Site Wall, Mechanical, Plumbing, Pool/Spa, Banner and Short-Term Rental permit applications. Plan review is required on building permit applications and its fee is due at submittal. The Town does not accept applications or release permits after 3:30 pm, and there is no counter service from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
