Camp Verde takes building permit applications only through its GovWell Online Services portal, run by the Development Services Department. Choose the application that matches your work (for example a residential one- or two-family home, a residential over-the-counter electrical, mechanical or plumbing permit, or a commercial building), follow that application's checklist, and submit your plans and documents together. Staff contact you with payment instructions, and payment must be made before review begins. Incomplete applications or those with outstanding payments may be rejected automatically seven days after receipt. Questions go to the Permit Technicians at 928-554-0062. Fire plan review and permit fees are charged separately by the Copper Canyon Fire and Medical District.
