Inspections are scheduled through e-Permitting or the Building Inspection Hotline at (386) 719-5748; AC change-outs, garage doors, water heaters and roofs can be inspected virtually with the VuSpex GO app. Owners using a private provider file the City's private provider notice forms with the permit application.
