Buckeye takes building permit applications by email: send a completed Permit Application and plans to permitcenter@buckeyeaz.gov. Select residential permits (gas lines, pools, spas, fences, electric meters, water heaters, temporary signs and single service dry utility) can be applied for online through the EnerGov Customer Self Service portal and are usually issued the same day when a complete submittal arrives by 2 p.m., limited to three applications per customer per day.
