Request inspections on the City permit portal (log in as a contractor or resident) or call 954-924-6805 ext. 3709 before 2 pm for next-day service; zoning inspections are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays through planning@daniabeachfl.gov. Projects valued over $1 million can ask for the Special Permitting Office's dedicated review and inspections.
