After you submit a request in OAS, you will get an email invitation from ProjectDox to upload your plans and required documents. In-person walk-through permits are accepted on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for eligible permit types, and online walk-through permits are available during the same hours. If the job value is $100,000 or more, a drop-off fee must be paid before the permit is routed to review; the Town emails you when fees are ready to pay online. You can schedule inspections through OAS, through your eSuite account, or with the automated phone line at 954-797-1128 or 954-797-1129; requests received before 4:30 p.m. are scheduled for the next business day.
