How to Apply for a Permit in Parkland

Parkland takes building permit applications online through the My Government Online (MGO) portal. Contractors must register in MGO and submit current certificates of liability insurance, workers' compensation, and their contractor's license before they can submit permits or schedule inspections. Owner-builders must appear in person to sign the permit application at City Hall, 6600 University Drive. Inspections are scheduled through the MGO portal, and inspection requests and results are also available by calling the Building Department at 954-753-5447.
