Residential estimates here add the Town's $275 zoning review fee to every standalone permit, including trade and re-roof permits; the Town has not confirmed which trade permits carry it. Electrical, plumbing and A/C permits filed on their own are priced on the building permit valuation table, also pending Town confirmation; a trade permit filed under a primary building permit is $75.
